Hello, I’m Francesca (although most call me Fran), a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, Yoga instructor (RYT), and sound bath guide.

I created Calm with Francesca to offer a gentler, more supportive approach to well-being - one that meets you where you are, rather than asking you to push through or keep up.

In a world that often feels busy, overwhelming, and pressured, I always aim to create safe, sensitive spaces - to slow down, soften, and simply be.

I know how it feels to be anxious, burnt out, or constantly ‘on’ and how difficult it can be to truly switch off.

That’s why everything I offer is designed to feel accessible, calming, and realistic. There’s no expectation to get it ‘right’, just a gentle invitation to come back to yourself.

Through meditation, Yoga practices, and sound bath sessions, I create spaces where you can rest your mind, reconnect with your body, and feel a little more at ease. Both online and in-person.

My approach is slow, grounding, and supportive - suitable for all levels, including those who are completely new, find it difficult to relax, or who’s minds are used to racing and firing at 100 miles an hour.

I am a registered Yoga teacher (RYT - including Hatha and Vinyasa), with a focus on Yin and Restorative practices, alongside meditation and sound.

I work with individuals, groups, and organisations, offering sessions that can be tailored to different environments, needs, and experience levels.

Whether you’re joining a class, attending a sound bath, listening to my pre-recorded guided meditations online or joining an online class, you’re always welcome.

This is a space to slow down, to feel supported, and to gently come back to yourself.
